Refunds

Refunds (If any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the Client for booking made directly with the Company by way of NEFT / RTGS / Crossed cheque at the discretion of the company. It would at least take 15 days to process refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services for any reason whatsoever.

House Rule
  • Do not eat in the room, use dining hall only. Use separate dust bin in kitchen area for wet and dry waste. THIS IS MUST AS PER LOCAL AUTHORITIES.
  • Dirties the room / wash room or damaging -  cleaning charges will be extra;
  • Guests are requested not to litter the premises, use dustbin to throw the waste. Outsiders are not entertained. (Guest's friends from different homestays or from any other place are not allowed in the room).
  • Smoking and drinking is not allowed inside the premises;
  • Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings;
  • Valid photo ID proof is must for all guest for check in.
  • Please do co-operate with us by not creating “PUBLIC NUISANCE” and help us following the Airbnb rules
  • Kindly switch-off the lights and fan before you leave the room.
  • Switch off Gezer and Air Conditioning after use and keep the remote on side table.
